Product Description
The 5XZ Series Gravity Separator is a blowing-type gravity table that removes moldy, immature, insect-damaged, and broken grains from sound product. Operating on the fluidized bed principle, material flows onto an oscillating sieve deck with upward airflow. Heavier particles sink, lighter defects rise, and deck motion separates fractions along distinct paths. Achieves ≥98.5% selection rate and ≥90% impurity removal. Four models offer capacities from 3 to 15 t/h.
