What products does Zhengzhou Hawking Industry manufacture?

We design and manufacture complete grain processing lines and stand-alone machines, including grain cleaners, seed graders, color sorters, destoners, gravity separators, polishing machines, elevators and packing scales. Solutions cover pulses, coffee, sesame, wheat, maize, rice, oil seeds and more.

Can you design a complete processing plant for my material?

Yes. Share your raw material type, impurity level, target capacity (t/h) and final product requirements, and our engineers will provide a free plant layout and equipment configuration. We have delivered turnkey lines to customers in 60+ countries.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

One machine is enough to start. There is no MOQ for standard models; complete production lines are quoted per project.

How long is the delivery time?

Standard machines are usually ready in 7–20 working days. Complete production lines take 30–60 working days depending on capacity and customization. We confirm the exact schedule in the proforma invoice before payment.

What payment terms do you accept?

T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) is standard. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight for larger orders. Other terms can be discussed for long-term partners.

Do you provide installation and operator training?

Yes. We offer free online installation guidance with videos and manuals for single machines. For complete plants, our engineers can travel to your site for installation, commissioning and operator training. See our Installation & Training page for details.

What warranty do you offer?

All machines carry a 12-month warranty from the date of arrival. During the warranty period, defective parts (except wear parts and misuse damage) are replaced free of charge, with express delivery at our cost.

How do I get spare parts after the warranty period?

We stock common wear parts (screens, brushes, belts, bearings, ejector valves) for every model we sell. Parts are quoted at factory price and shipped within 3 working days by DHL/FedEx or with your next container.

Which ports do you ship from, and do you handle customs documents?

We ship mainly from Shanghai and Qingdao ports, and can arrange sea, air or rail freight to your destination port. We provide the full export document set: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and CE/other certificates where required.
