Product Description
The 5XCX-5 High-Performance Soil Separator is a magnetic device that removes magnetic soil clods and metal contaminants from grain streams. Using projectile magnetic separation, grain passes through a strong magnetic field (exceeding 17,000 Gauss) on a 1300mm roller. Magnetic clods adhere to the roller while clean grain continues its trajectory. Capacity is 5000 kg/h with 99% clod removal efficiency, protecting downstream equipment and product quality.
