Today, the factory was filled with a professional and enthusiastic atmosphere. Guests from all over the world, with high expectations for high-quality color sorting equipment, embarked on an in-depth exploration journey. Guided by our dedicated team, the guests visited the core component production workshop, AI R&D laboratory, finished product testing center, and product demonstration area, witnessing the complete closed-loop process of high-precision color sorters from R&D and design to mass production and delivery.
In the core component workshop, everyone observed the calibration process of AI image sensors and the precision assembly process of high-speed sorting modules. Every step strictly followed the ISO 9001 quality system standards, ensuring the stability and reliability of the equipment from the source. Subsequently, in the AI ​​R&D laboratory, the technical team provided a detailed introduction to our independently developed 16-channel full-color recognition technology, intelligent algorithm optimization system, and customized solutions for different material characteristics (grains, plastics, minerals, tea, etc.), answering guests' questions about sorting accuracy, efficiency improvement, and application expansion in a clear and concise manner.
The most impressive part was the live demonstration in the finished product demonstration area. Our latest color sorter was officially unveiled. Through real-time demonstrations, guests intuitively experienced the 0.01mm-level precise sorting capability – even tiny impurities and color differences that are difficult to distinguish with the naked eye can be quickly identified and accurately separated. The sorting efficiency can reach up to 10 tons/hour, perfectly meeting the needs of large-scale production. During the demonstration, technical personnel also adjusted parameters and optimized solutions on-site based on the different material sorting challenges raised by the guests, allowing them to personally experience the flexibility and adaptability of the equipment, earning widespread recognition and praise.
